Past Weekly Rates: April 5th,6,7,12,13,14,15/16th at $120 per day; April 8-12 at $95 per day; April 27, 28, 29,30 at $140 per day. May 1-9 and May 13-18th at $160 per day; May 24-28 at $200 per day; May 28 - May 31st at $185 per day. June at $185 per day;  July 6th -13th at $220 per day; August at $220 per day; August 31 -Sept 7 at $225 per day; Sept 7-30 at $190 per day. October 14 - October 31 at $100 per day. November and December $100 per day, excepting November 20-24 at $150 per day and December 23-31 at $150 per day. Added $112 Cleaning Fee per stay regardless of duration.

7 night minimum June 15 -  September 15. 3 day miniumum Spring & Fall, with a 2 day minimum during the winter months of November - March.  The Agency will add a $100 service fee to stays less than a full week that is not considered part of the Lease Agreement, but is still taxable. Please note the staircase to second floor is steep, so please use all due care. Please note the single bunk top beds have limited headroom. Returning guests enjoy a 10% discount.
