2024 Weekly Rates:  May 18 – June 22: $6825; June 22 – June 29 $7210; June 29 - September 2 $9905; September 2 - September 28 $9100; September 28 - October 19 $7210.  Added $300 Cleaning Fee. Please note there is an Additional Fee of $100 per person per week for Occupancy above 11 persons, with a maximum of 15 person Occupancy, if ever possible. Added $200 Fee for One Week stays, in season from June 25 - September 5, as the rates noted above are assuming a two week prime week stay. There may be an additional departure cleaning fee assessed for parties in excess of 8, please confirm.  Check In 3 PM, Check Out 9 AM. Furniture NOT to be moved. Security Deposit $750. Use of Dock for pedestrian access possibly permitted, please confirm. Use of Dock for watercraft will require added $500 fee, please inquire as to availability and for what additional details would be required.
