Stairs to Third Floor on Right Side: open Lofted Space Bedroom with 3 Twin Beds and window with harbor views. First Floor Main House: To the left of the Kitchen, raised platform Sitting Area/Reading Room with ocean views and steps to smaller lower sitting area and with access to side yard.
