Second Floor: Two bedrooms, each with ocean views: one with a King Bed, one with Two Twins, Shared Full Bathroom with shower and tub. Outdoors: Waterside Deck, small Shoreline with access for kayakers.

2023 Weekly Rates: May 11 - June 1 $1225; June 1 - June 15 $1275; June 15 - June 29 $1750; June 29 -  August 24 $1850 or $3600 for 2 weeks;  August 24 - September 21 $1475; September 21 - October 26 $1275. Check in after 4 PM , Check out by 9 AM. The Lessee agrees to not move any of the household furnishings and will be charged at minimum a $200 fee if any furnishings are moved. All trash must be bagged before placing in receptacle or the Lessee will be charged at minimum a $100 excess collection fees. No early arrivals and departures must be made prior to 9AM to avoid incurring automatic $100 - $500 fees. No landline and no TV service provided. Please inquire about the possibility of Mooring for additional Fee. Please inquire about the possibility of a October - May Rental.
