Layout: First Floor: Open living space with comfortable well furnished Living room with water views and quality built granite fireplace; beautiful fully equipped Kitchen with generous granite island with dining seating; wonderful screened Sun Room with Sitting Area for 10 and access to spacious outdoor furnished Deck; half Bath; Laundry; 2 Bedrooms each with a Queen Bed, both bedrooms share a full bath with shower, wooded views and access to outdoor Deck. Second Floor: Master Bedroom Loft with King Bed, Bath with shower and private Deck/Balcony with views of Somes Sound. Kid's Cabin: Small separate sleeping cabin located just 10 feet from the main house. Cabin holds two Twin beds.

Please inquire about discounted rate for rental of both Ebb Tide II and High Tide. Rental rate for both homes in May, June, September and October may be reduced. Two week stays encouraged in July.
