2022 Weekly Rates: May - November $2700.  Nightly rate off season only may be considered, at a nightly rate of is $375 with a 3-night minimum, please inquire but also note that the Agency will add a $100 service fee to rentals under 7 days in duration; this amount will not be reflected in the Lease Agreement, and is taxable. Above noted rates are for a 2 person occupancy, and any added occupants may incur an additional $20 per person, per night, please inquire. Dogs under 25 lb considered, with the stipulation that they not be allowed on the furniture or beds, and they not be left indoors for any length of time. Added $100 Pet Fee. $750 Security Deposit.
