Additionally, this semi attached unit may potentially be occupied by owners when renting the Main House; in 2024 the Skiff might be available to rent on its own, at a rate of $1650 - $1750, noting that the Main house could be owner occupied during this time. Please note the pier, float and mooring are NOT available for guest use in any way whatsoever; thank you so much in advance for your understanding, please inquire for further clarification. Grill for Stone Patio use only. No Parking Permitted on Rocky Pasture Lane, or the Fields. The Skiff offers a Kitchen, Living Room, 1 Bedroom, and Full Bath for a preferred occupancy of 2, up to 4.  Shared Washer & Dryer between Main House and The Skiff. $750 Security Deposit for the Main House, $1000 if the Skiff is rented in conjunction with the Main House. No events permitted at the property, thank you in advance for your understanding. Pleae inquire about potental to accommodate a pet under special circumstances. The Skiff and the Main House share laundry facilities located in the breezeway. 4PM Check in, 10 Am Departure. Any pets considered will incur an added $200 pet fee. If the Main House and Skiff are both rented to the same party, there will be a maximum occupancy of 16, again, no events permitted. Please note the Main House and Skiff will not be rented to separate parties simultaneously, however the Homewners may be in Main House with Skiff rented, or in Skiff with Main House rented.
