Layout: Entry Level: Open Kitchen with Dishwasher, Dining area, Living room with TV and access to furnished Balcony. The Living room sofa can open to a Queen sized sleeper sofa. Half Bath. Upper Level: Bedroom with King Bed, TV and Full Bath with Tub and Shower and also with furnished Balcony. This upper level Bedroom is open to the Stairwell and so cannot be entirely closed off, meaning it has no door, so please make note! Lower Level: Bedroom with 2 Full Beds and TV and with door to outside Patio. There is also a Full Bath on this lower level, with Tub and shower. Laundry is a stackable washer and dryer.

2024 Weekly Rates: Friday, July 5- Friday, July 12 $2600. Please note the Security Deposit is $750. Please also note all babies and children do count as individual occupants for limit purposes regardless of whether vrbo classifies them as such. No pets permitted. Friday to Friday, 7 night stays preferred, shorter stays of 5 nights or more only considered.
