2024 Weekly Rates: April 29 - June 15 $3500; June 15- June 29  $4300; June 29 - July 13 $5600; July 13 - August 17 $6200; August 17 - August 24 $5700; August 24 - September 7 $4400; September 7 - October 12 $4200; October 12 - January 15 $4000. Please note the Security Deposit is $1250.  Please note if occupancy greater than 8 is permitted, an extra $200 per person per week for 9th and 10th guest may be added to the weekly rental rate.  No more than 10 guests, including all children, are permitted. No use of the Deck Fire Table permitted. The basement is unavailable for guest use. Homeowner items, such as kayaks, are placed in defined storage areas and are not available for guest use.
