Layout:   First Floor:  Living room with fireplace, Dining area, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Breakfast Island all open to a covered Porch, Laundry, Bath, Storage.  Second Floor:  Master Bedroom with King Bed, comprised of King mattress over 2 Single Frames, Bath and Ocean views; Bedroom with King Bed, comprised of King mattress over 2 Single frames and with Ocean views; Bedroom with Single Bed with Ocean views; Bath with tub, Two Bedrooms with Single Beds, each with a Sitting Room. Please note either of these two Bedrooms can be arranged so that in place of having two Single mattresses, they are combined to form a Queen, with Queen linens.
