Layout:  First Floor:  Formal Living Room with gas insert fireplace and nearby Parlor each with shoreline and garden views and separate exits to a wonderful large covered porch overlooking the Bay. Large formal Library with gas insert fireplace and formal Dining Room.  Spacious and fully updated  eat-in kitchen with upgraded kitchen appliances including microwave, dishwasher, Viking double oven, Viking cook-top on Island, Sub-Zero refrigerator. Butler’s Pantry with large island, dining for eight, and a garden entrance.  Bathroom with combined tub and shower. Spacious covered porch off the first-floor overlooks Frenchman’s Bay, Bar Harbor, and the outer islands, as well as the lawn and garden area. Second Floor: Two Master Bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed. Both Master Bedrooms offer separate private Baths with Showers, and shoreline views of Bar Harbor and outer islands, one additionally offers a covered porch. Two additional Bedrooms, each with Queens and with some water views and shared Bathroom with combined tub and shower in the hallway.  Fifth Bedroom with two Twins which can be converted to a King and sixth Bedroom with Queen bed and water view. Shared hallway Bathroom with combined tub and shower.  Seventh  Bedroom with Full bed. Laundry room with washer and dryer.  

 

Guest House possibly available as Separate Additional Rental: Bagatelle also offers a Guest Cottage available for rent, with one Bedroom on the second floor and a full Bath, accommodating a maximum of 2.  Please note Guest Cottage does not offer internet or telephone service, however excellent cell reception is available. Inquire about permitted shore access for guests of the Guest House.
