Layout: First Floor: Enter from the drive to a welcoming foyer that opens to a combined Great Room, Dining, and Kitchen space. The Great Room features a cathedral ceiling with skylights, a showcase wood burning fireplace, and 65-inch flat screen TV. The dining area has seating for eight next to sliding glass doors that will give you a view of the beautiful woods while you eat.  The kitchen offers all new appliances, a large pantry, center island, and plenty of cookware to make meal prep easier.  Tucked under the staircase is a convenient half bath.  A door from the Great Room leads to 'The Lounge" with second wood burning fireplace, a second dining area, 65-inch flat screen TV, games, comfortable couches, as well as three walls of windows overlooking mature woods. A door leads to an open deck for relaxing and outdoor dining.  Master Bedroom with en suite full bath with an oversized open shower features a queen bed and large desk for a remote work area. The first floor also has a laundry room with washer, dryer, and convenient storage. Second Floor: Stairs from the first floor lead to an open air balcony loft with 2 twin beds, table and chairs, and a large window offering a view into the woods. Two additional bedrooms are located on the second floor. Adjacent to the loft, is a Bedroom featuring a queen bed, cathedral ceiling with exposed timber frame, and views of the treetops. A short hallway leads to yet another Bedroom, spacious and featuring a queen bed, writing desk, large walk-in closet, and views into the mature woods, with second full bath attached currently under construction to offer additional comfort for guests. Additional second floor full bath with combination tub and shower.  Outdoor Spaces: Landscaped but wild growing, the property opens to mature woods with a mix of tall white pines and hardwoods. The furnished deck features Adirondack chairs, a separate dining table and chairs, and a large propane grill. The deck and a cozy front porch create lovely spaces for enjoying the natural setting and wildlife around this stunning home.

2024 Weekly Rates: June 8 - June 22 $4560; June 22 - August 31 $5060; August 31- September 14 $4860; September 14 - October 26 $4380. Note: 4PM Check in/10AM Check Out. $360 Cleaning Fee included in rates noted above. Exterior video surveillance cameras are installed at entrance points, for security purposes. Homeowner space on first floor and Garage will not be accessible or available for guest use. Gas Grill to be turned off after use to avoid overuse and cause added charge. Please inquire about extended stays.
