Stairs to Third Floor on Right Side: open Lofted Space Bedroom with 3 Twin Beds and window with harbor views. First Floor Main House: To the left of the Kitchen, raised platform Sitting Area/Reading Room with ocean views and steps to smaller lower sitting area and with access to side yard. Master Bedroom with ocean views and King Bed, and also with large master Bath with shower. Stairs to Second Floor on Left Side: Nice Livingroom space with TV and harbor views.
