2024 Weekly Rates: May 11 - June 1 $1725; June 1 - June 15 $1775; June 15 - June 29 $2625; June 29 - July 6 $3000; July 6 - August 31 $2825 or $5550 for 2 weeks; August 31 - September 21 $1825. Check in after 4 PM , Check out by 9 AM. The Lessee agrees to not move any of the household furnishings and will be charged at minimum a $200 fee if any furnishings are moved. All trash must be bagged before placing in receptacle or the Lessee will be charged at minimum a $100 excess collection fees. No early arrivals and departures must be made prior to 9AM to avoid incurring automatic $100 - $500 fees. No landline and no TV service provided. This is an older home uninsulated home and NO heating is provided outside of use of the fireplace. A limited amount of firewood will be provided, regardless of outside temperatures so please be advised that it may be cool indoors if the outdoor temperatures are low. No space heaters are provided/permitted. Please inquire about the possibility of Mooring for additional Fee.
